I stumbled upon a site today that may help me with My Father's world Rome to Reformation year next year. We will be doing an Introduction to Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven.
That is who we will be concentrating on -- and look it here. There is SCADS of stuff free at the Classic Cat. Looks like Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is very well represented.
Woo Hoo... what a find.
What do you use to study music?

My classical CD collection. I love classical music anyway, so we just listen to it in the car sometimes.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday for the other day!!! Oh those are my favourite chocs too!!!
ReplyDeleteI love Classical Kids. There is a story that incorporates the music and some biographical information. My favorite is Beethoven Lives Upstairs. I don't know if they have any of the composers you mentioned. Another series I really like is by Wheeler and Deucher. They are books with a biography and a disc that has coloring pages, music sheets, and the music. They usually come in sets of two and I know they have Haydn. My girls have really enjoyed them. I'll have to check out the site you mentioned.
