One Big Zucchini!

Wowza... I forgot that Zucchini grow FAST overnight... this one got left for several nights, apparently.

We are liking zucchini best with garlic salt sauteed in olive oil, or grilled.

I'm thinking we need to make some zucchini bread, or SOMETHING.
