I just found something

On YouTube.com there are exercise videos.

Full length videos.

I can walk away the pounds in my house when it drops below 40 degrees outside.  I no longer have any excuses.  Oh MY.GOODNESS!!

How do you exercise when it's cold?

  1. We walk outside every day unless the wind chill is below zero or it's raining. We bundle up more if it's really cold, and get along just fine.

  2. I used a yoga video I found on youtube yesterday! I'd never tried it before, but I loooved it. Felt so good on my creaky out of shape joints. I'd like to find some that are more Christian-based though...he was saying some words I didn't understand. ;)
