AND it's official
I've gained 2 pounds on my South Beach diet this week. Started yesterday -- gained 2. Must have been that silly 1/2 baked potato that I forgot about and put on my plate. So of course I ate it.
Hmm... I'll keep you posted.
Unless I don't want to. Diets are depressing. Ü

I'm on my third week of WW... I lost 4.4 pounds the first week and then gained 0.8 the second week. Of course, I wasn't as diligent the second week, so I only have myself to blame! LOL Diets are hard and I can't yet wrap my brain around the whole "this needs to be a lifestyle" mantra...
